Calistoga Pet Clinic Policies

CPC has a 24hr cancellation policy. Please let us know 24hrs before your appointment if you need to cancel.

Unfortunately, if we are not given a 24hr cancelation notice there will be a charge in accordance with the following:
- Doctors Appointment: $85
- Technician Appointment: $25
- Surgery Appointment: $150

A form of payment is needed on file for any appointments to be confirmed.

CPC has a 24hr RX refill policy. Give us 24hrs to fill any prescription/food refill requests. We do keep prescribed items, including food on hand, though in limited quantities. If you need a larger supply, we're happy to place a special order for you. We can also enroll you in automatic refills through our online store where you could possibly save money and time.

If you are 15 minutes late to a doctors/technician appointment, you will need to reschedule.

Appointments made the same day are considered confirmed and are subjected to CPC’s cancellation policy.
