Maggie Orozco
Maggie, a Calistoga Native grew up at the Calistoga Pet Clinic. She joined the clinic in 2003 as a kennel assistant and quickly fell in love with all the ins and outs of the operation. She has had many roles but is currently the office manager. She loves to spend time with her family, friends, and love up on any animal she can find. One of her greatest accomplishments is starting a non-profit organization with Dr. Franquelin called WCAL, Wine Country Animal Lovers where we help animals in need in our community and surrounding areas. Her favorite thing is to help misunderstood dogs and help them become the best version of themselves.
Kayla Miranda
Kayla was born and raised in Calistoga. She joined the Calistoga Pet Clinic team in 2015. She has experience in multiple aspects of the clinic from kennel staff to technician assistant and reception. Kayla has 2 children a Frenchie named Gucci and 2 cats, Goteem and Anakin. She loves to bake yummy goodies in her free time.
Crystal Wilbur
Crystal joined the Calistoga Pet Clinic Family in 2021. She moved to Calistoga from Ventura County where she was a pharmacy technician. She loves getting to work with animals but really loves getting to work with her friends and her daughter Ashlynn. When she isn’t here with us she enjoys barbequing and making new memories with her friends and family.
Isabella “Bella” Tavolacci
Bella was born and raised in Sonoma County, grew up surrounded by animals and wildlife for as long as she can remember. She has always had a passion for animals and knew at an early age she wanted to pursue a career with animals. Working at the Calistoga Pet Clinic has only made her more passionate about achieving her goals to become a veterinary technician. She is very excited to learn from her colleagues at the Calistoga Pet Clinic. In her spare time, she likes to spend time with her very special puppy named RJ.
Colleen Jeske
Born and raised in Angwin, Colleen has always had a natural love for animals. She is a proud mom to her cat Obi Wan. Having always wanted to work in a field where she can be around animals, she greatly enjoys meeting the local pet owners and helping care for their beloved pets. In her free time, she enjoys reading, gardening, and spending time with the people and animals she loves.
Caitlynn West
Caitlynn is a veterinary assistant and has been with the Calistoga Pet Clinic team since November 2013. She graduated from Colorado State in 2012 and has experience in emergency medicine and animal behavior. Her favorite tasks at work are Dental cleanings and client education. In her spare time Caitlynn loves fostering bottle babies for Wine Country Animal Lovers and spending time with her own dogs, cats and horse.
Meghan
Meghan was born and raised in Napa Valley and earned her RVT license in 2025. She grew up with an affinity for animals and spent most of her childhood horseback riding or going on adventures to the coast with her family dogs. Her passion for pets inspired her to be an instructor for veterinary related courses for high-school and college students, and she started a grant writing and marketing business focused on animal welfare and philanthropy in 2015. These days, she enjoys spending time with her Husky, Jade, her tabby cat, Jasmine, as well as her family and friends. She finds comfort in reading, writing, yoga, and traveling as much as she can. She is an avid lover of history, mystery, poetry, and giving back to the community by volunteering at animal shelters and humane societies as often as possible. Meghan is dedicated to providing excellent care to you and your fur babies, come say hello!

Lupita Vega
A Calistoga native, Lupita began her veterinary journey at Calistoga Pet Clinic, working in the kennels during her senior year of high school. After graduating in 2016, she moved to Los Angeles for school and started working in the veterinary field in 2021. Her experience spans from small general practices to the radiation oncology department of an emergency and specialty animal hospital. In 2024, she returned home and is proud to be part of the Calistoga Pet Clinic team once again. Outside of work, she enjoys being outdoors, cooking, and spending time with family, friends, and her pets—Iroh the dog, and cats Draco and Nani.
Hannah Hoeltje
Hannah recently moved back to Napa and joined the team after getting her undergraduate degree at UC Davis. She is hoping to attend veterinary school and to learn all about the profession here at the clinic while working as an assistant. She enjoys the company of all the clinic cats — especially Star’s. In her free time, she enjoys going for a hike or walking around Napa or doing arts and crafts at home.
Tania Echeverria
Tania has been a member of the Calistoga Pet Clinic since early 2022. She is originally from St. Helena and recently moved to Calistoga with her husband and son. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family.
Dezaray Beltz
Dezaray started as a volunteer in high school here at the clinic. She instantly fell in love with the resident cats and that was the end of that story. There was a job opportunity and she jumped right on it and has been here ever since. In her free time Dezi loves to spend time with her toddler and family.
